  1. Create three sets of financial projections, low, medium, and high, and all numbers will mutate over time. 

  2. Create three paths of selling out the project. Identify all the ways and costs of liquidating out the project. We will maintain multiple marketing options until each options point of no return. This ties back into the projections. 

  3. Timing, Timing, Timing! We believe timing is the most valuable factor in maximizing value and return.

Ocean Commons is a residential development located in the heart of South Carolina's Grand Strand area. A 60 mile stretch of ocean front centered on Myrtle Beach.
